Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the purchase of domain names from Online Property Systems Ltd, trading as domains.ops.uk and Sympli.uk.

By purchasing or agreeing to purchase a domain name from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership

All domain names offered for sale remain the property of Online Property Systems Ltd, trading as domains.ops.uk and Sympli.uk, until payment has been received in full and the domain name has been successfully transferred to the purchaser.

2. Transfer of domain name

Once cleared payment has been received in full, we will take reasonable steps to transfer the domain name to the purchaser.

Ownership passes only when the transfer has been completed and recorded by the relevant registrar, registry or naming authority.

3. Failure to transfer

If, for any reason, the domain name cannot be transferred, our sole liability will be to refund in full any payment received for that domain name.

This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Property Systems Ltd accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential or financial loss arising from the sale, transfer, use, non-use or inability to transfer a domain name.

No compensation, damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or other additional payment shall be due beyond a refund of monies paid for the domain name itself.

5. Services included

The purchase price covers the transfer of the domain name only.

No web hosting, email hosting, DNS management, SSL certificates, website design, technical support or other related services are included unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Optional assistance

We may assist with DNS configuration, domain management, hosting setup and related technical services where agreed separately.

Any such assistance is not included in the domain purchase price and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
